1. Delivery Areas
Kandi Glaze ships worldwide via Canada Post.
2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated on the total order amount before taxes.
3. Processing Times
Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Tuesday. Processing time is generally 1 to 3 business days before shipping.
The following public holidays are excluded from processing and shipping:
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Victoria Day / National Patriots' Day
- Quebec's National Holiday (Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day)
- Canada Day
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
4. Estimated Delivery Times
The following times are estimates and apply from the shipping date, excluding processing time:
- Canada — regional: 1 to 3 business days
- Canada — national: 2 to 7 business days
- United States: 4 to 8 business days
- International: varies by destination
Delivery times may be longer for remote or non-urban areas. Kandi Glaze cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
5. Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the Canada Post website: www.canadapost.ca. Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to become available online.
6. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Fees
For deliveries to the United States and international destinations, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be required by the customs authorities of the destination country. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price or shipping fees. Kandi Glaze has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
7. Shipping in Hot Weather
Kandi Glaze cannot be held responsible for damage to products due to extreme temperatures during transport. If you reside in an area subject to high heat (35°C and above), we recommend considering the weather conditions when placing your order. No claims related to heat damage will be accepted.
8. Order Not Received or Damaged
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame or if you have received a damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible:
