Who makes your candies?

All our candies are handcrafted in Quebec by Candylabs, a master confectioner recognized for its expertise. 100% local, hand-sculpted.

How long do the candies keep?

Several months at room temperature in their original packaging. Keep them dry, away from direct heat and humidity.

Why is there sugar powder in my jar?

All our candies are handmade. They are stretched on a hook to incorporate air bubbles. A slight sugar powder may form at the bottom of the jar during transport — this is perfectly normal!

Which box should I choose as a gift?

Our boxes are sold as they are — no card, color, or logo customization is possible. This approach allows us to guarantee quality and fast delivery to all our customers.

Our boxes range from approximately $25 to $80 depending on size and content. The sweet spot for an accessible premium gift is between $45 and $65.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, Kandi Glaze gift cards are available in several amounts. They arrive by email and can be used directly on kandiglaze.ca.

How much candy for a children's birthday candy bar?

Allow 100 to 150g per child for a candy bar with a takeaway bag. For a party of 10 children, plan about 2 kg of candy in total. Add 20% for siblings and parents who will also help themselves.

My guests have food allergies — is it safe?

Our candies are made in a nut-free environment, are 100% vegan, lactose-free, and our hard candies are naturally gluten-free. For severe allergies or celiac disease, contact us before ordering to confirm the right product for you.

Allow about 30g per guest for takeaway bags, or 50 to 80g per guest for a self-service candy bar. For a wedding of 100 guests, plan about 3 to 5 kg of candy in total.

How far in advance should I order for a wedding?

For a wedding, we recommend ordering 3 to 4 weeks in advance. The comfortable minimum is 2 weeks to manage delivery and bagging if you are preparing the favors yourself.

Are your candies suitable for bachelorette parties and bridal showers?

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link for Canada Post.
